Our world is shrinking. When you hear Indian songs at the Oscar and an Indian movie making a clean sweep, you are reminded that our world is shrinking. Slumdog Millionaire swept the Oscar's this evening and I for one was thrilled to see it receive the awards it did. It is a reminder that hard work pays off. Congratulations to the the folks involved in Slumdog Millionaire. Well done and we are proud of you.

Slumdog Millionaire won 8 awards including best musical score, best song, best director and best movie.

Rent it or buy it I would recommend this movie and watch it if you haven't seen it yet.

Frieda Pinto - sounds Anglo-Indianish!!!!!!!!!
To hear her name makes me feel nostalgic - that we as
as Anglos are going places. Becoming world famous
- Oscars no less! Move over Diana Hayden the drums
sounds for Frieda Pinto.
